The stretch-to-fit mask is designed to block vision, while the 3.75 cm silicone ball gag incorporates airflow openings for a less obstructive alternative to a solid ball. Neoprene lining and a textured PVC-leather exterior give the matching black pieces a cushioned, durable construction.

Double stitching reinforces the wearable set, with nickel-free iron hardware and an elastic mask band completing the material mix. Air holes reduce obstruction but do not make gag use risk-free: the gag must be used only with a sober, attentive partner, continuous supervision and a clear nonverbal stop signal.
