Works better without the outer casing. Fewer things to wash too. But the elastomer thingy itself is nice and soft. Also, the provided lube is more sticky than slippery and hard to wash off. Use another lube.

This felt so pleasurable on my manrod that I came faster than expected! It comes with a packet of lube which is handy. Like others mentioned, after you clean and it dries up the inner sleeve feels very sticky. Careful where you place it to dry as all the lint, hair and dirt will stick to it.

Loved penetrating the Tenga, got me almost to climax pretty quickly with the strong suction but was able to edge very long with this and with the right technique. Clean up was slightly difficult as the material is really sticky without the lube.
