2. Clean the insertable section and apply a small amount of water-based lubricant.

5. Connect to the LELO app when you want to explore additional LED colours and personalised modes.

6. LELO recommends a session of approximately 15 minutes. The device automatically switches off after 20 minutes.

7. If the natural LED warmth feels uncomfortable, stop or shorten the session to between five and ten minutes.

Is the warmth during use normal?
Yes. The LED array naturally creates gentle thermal warmth. It is not a separate high-temperature heating function. Stop or shorten the session if the warmth becomes uncomfortable.

How long should each session last?
LELO recommends approximately 15 minutes per session. MONA Spectra automatically switches off after 20 minutes.
