Standard shipping

S$5.00. Free for orders over S$50.00.
Estimated delivery: 1 to 3 working days.

Locker Alliance collection

Collect privately from over 1,200 pickup points across Singapore. Choose an available location in your cart.

S$6.00. Free for orders over S$85.00.
Estimated arrival at your selected Locker Alliance: 2 to 4 working days. Check the collection option offered for your order.

Priority delivery

S$9.50. Free for orders over S$90.00.

Choose Local Delivery in your cart, then select an available date and time. The live calendar shows the current schedule. Same-day delivery is available only when a same-day slot is offered. Enter your delivery address at checkout.

Defective-item exchange within 14 days

Defective goods may be exchanged within 14 days after delivery. Contact us with your order number and a description of the fault so we can confirm eligibility before you send the item back.

Durio.sg may decline an exchange if the fault is not a manufacturing defect or is caused by misuse. Shipping charges are not reimbursed if the item is assessed as damaged by misuse.

Manufacturer warranty support

Warranty coverage varies by brand and product. For purchases from Durio.sg, we assist with eligible manufacturer warranty claims for one year while the product remains covered by its manufacturer warranty. Our warranty guide explains eligibility, exclusions, repair costs and local delivery costs.

Hygiene and other returns

Due to the nature of these products and hygiene requirements, all sales are final except for eligible defective-item exchanges or warranty support described above. Items cannot be exchanged or returned for other reasons, including a change of mind.
