Is 5% back a cash refund?
It is value in Durio Rewards points for a future purchase, not money paid back to your bank account. You earn 5 Points per S$1 of eligible product spend after discounts. Every 100 Points can be exchanged for S$1 off.
Can I use DURIO10 and still earn points?
Yes. You earn points on the eligible product amount you pay after the discount, excluding delivery and tax. For example, S$100 of eligible products becomes S$90 with DURIO10 and earns 450 Points, worth S$4.50. On a later order, choose either a reward code or DURIO10. They cannot be combined.
How do I use my points?
Sign in using the same email address you use for orders. Open Rewards, select Ways to redeem and choose your discount. Copy its code into checkout before paying. Compare it with any available promotion and use the one that saves you more.
