Will my parcel be discreet?
We use plain outer packaging. Shipping labels and any customs documents still contain the information required for delivery and an accurate declaration. We cannot omit required information or misdeclare a parcel. Read more about discreet packaging.
Does free shipping include customs duties or taxes?
Free shipping covers the delivery charge shown for an eligible order. It is not a promise that import duties or taxes are included. Requirements depend on the destination and product. Contact us before ordering if you need to confirm how charges will be handled.
What if my country is not listed or checkout has no delivery option?
Do not select a different country to complete the order. Send us the product link and your delivery country so we can check availability. A product appearing on the website does not confirm that it can be imported into every destination.
What if my item develops a fault?
