Used it to dilate for my vaginismus, was initially unable to stick much of it in but after a few weeks of trying and lots of lube, I was able to finally insert the whole thing in! Might need to practice to orgasm from it, but the vibrations are strong and it fits well due to the flexible shaft. Although it took a while to learn, didn't know there were different buttons for the shaft and suction.

If you are new to satisfyer, don't try it on the highest mode for both shaft and suction.

Of course I'd have to minus the rating because the suction part is very stiff. So I have to position it in a specific way.

Other than that all was great.

It’s vibrate well and the suction is just nice on my body. I actually like it, quite strong the sensation.

IMO, it works well as a vibrator, but the suction for the clit is way off, at least on my body. I think it would have been better if the components were separated parts and perhaps the orgasms would be a lot easier.

Got effect but not very dramatic. Use this first then the real stuff. Enable a longer play.

The shaft is not vibrating and the "g-spot stimuli" is hard to place correctly as there is hardly any flexibility

imo, a pretty good upgrade. u probably need some slight adjustments to reach ur clit because this is a fixed design, overall i'd recommend this for someone looking for a good time. :)

Needed a few weeks to learn how to use it properly as the short arm uses suction which makes it different from other vibrators. Totally waterproof, it’s great to use when soaking in a full bathtub. Flexible long shaft allows lots of movement so the fixed shorter arm doesn’t seem to be an issue. Took off one star because the user manual is horrid, tiny words & no pics, had to resort to watching a third party YouTube video to learn how to switch on both motors. Otherwise, it works great once one gets the hang of it. Good quality material, overall it’s good value for money. Just have to be patient in learning how to use it.
